What is remy hair?

A: Remy hair is hair that has the cuticles intact and going in the same direction.

 

 

Why should I seal my wefts?

A: Sealing your wefts will prevent shedding through multiple installs.

 

 

How long will my virgin human hair last?

A: Your hair will last for up to a year with proper maintenance.

 

 

Do you accept returns?

A: We do not accept returns. However we will accept exchanges according to our policy. Click on the terms and conditions tab to view our policy.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

A: All orders need 5 to 10 business days to process unless stated otherwise in the product description.

 

 

 

 

How many ounces are in one bundle?

A: Our bundles weigh 3.5 to 4 ounces

 

 

 

How many bundles of virgin human hair are needed for a full install?

 

A: A minimum of 2. When ordering lengths longer than 16” 3 will be needed.

 

Can I cancel my order after I have paid for it?

A: Under no circumstances can orders be cancelled once they have been paid for.

 

 

 

How long does shipping take?

A: For standard shipping please allow 3-4 business days and for express shipping allow 1-2 business days.

 

 

 

When will my order begin processing?

A: Orders placed before 2 pm will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm will begin processing the next business day. Any orders placed on Friday- Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
