Covid-19 Updates

To our valuable customers. We thought it was of the upmost importance to keep you informed of processing and shipping times during these unpredictable times. Communication and transparency has always been a top priority here at Nicole Noire Hair. Therefore we have set the following expectations.

Processing times

Please be sure to read the product page fully BEFORE placing an order. Product pages contain processing times for products. If the processing time is not on the product page, the product falls under our standard processing time of 3-10 business days. We are working diligently and around the clock to ensure that orders are shipped within the processing time frame. Should there be a delay due to Covid-19, we will notify you by email promptly. Our products are custom made but raw materials come from various parts of the world. Please be patient as we are all experiencing a new normal.

Shipping

Currently USPS Priority shipping is 1-3 business days. Express shipping is 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please DOUBLE CHECK your address at checkout. Nicole Noire Hair is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

Returns/Exchanges

As normal we do not accept returns. Due to Covid-19 we are temporarily not accepting exchanges. Please read texture descriptions and full product descriptions before ordering.
