Shipping and Return Policy
Orders will begin processing 24 hours after payment has cleared. Once your order has begun processing it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. All orders require 3 to 5 business days for processing unless otherwise specified in the texture description. Due to COVID-19 standard processing time is 3-10 business days. Please visit our COVID-19 updates page for more information. Custom orders need 4-6 weeks for processing. Custom pieces and wigs are final sale. Nicole Noire recognizes all major holidays and no order processing will take place on holidays. Orders with payments cleared before 2pm Monday through Thursday will begin processing the same day. Orders with payments cleared after 2pm will begin processing the next business day. Orders with payments cleared on Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Once your order has finished processing it will be shipped and you will be emailed a tracking number. Please make sure that you have provided the correct address when ordering. Nicole Noire is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. Nicole Noire is not responsible for any delays in shipment once your order has been shipped. For standard priority shipping please allow 2 to 3 business days. For express shipping please allow 1 to 2 business days. For standard international shipping please allow 6 to 10 business days. For express international shipping please allow 3 to 5 business days. International Shipments Please Note: Nicole Noire is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur from customs.
Returns and Exchanges
DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE TEMPORARILY NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Due to safety reasons returns and exchanges will be accepted only if they meet these conditions:
- Hair must be in original unopened packaging. We do not accept hair that has been opened.
- Hair must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Hair must not be altered in any way (combed, brushed, picked, cut, or washed).
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Your package must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt/invoice and all items must be in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- We do not refund any shipping on items sent back for a refund or exchanged.
- Custom orders and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please Note: Due to the increasing amount of fraud and chargebacks within the industry we have implemented a 0 tolerance policy for chargebacks. All false or fraudulent chargebacks will be handled by us aggressively pursuing appropriate legal action. All pieces are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
